Stephen's career took off after completing his formal television training at Hong Kong Asia Television's Artist Training School. First as a screen actor on TV, being main role in many drama series, and, received the Top Ten Actors Awardtwice from Asia Television Ltd , and the Best TV Programme Host Award twice from RTHK and 3 Weekly Magazine.He has been particiated in more than 2000 episodes in numerous TV dama series since 1990.Hs latest melo drama series enjoyed a great success in Hong Kong :

In 1998, Ever-changingwas picked as a demo and a feature production shown in the Hong Kong Arts Centre.
At present, Stephen is the lecturer of Film Academy of Baptist University Hong Kong.
